I authorize Michigan Liberation Action Fund to use all content in my MI Jingle for Justice submission. I warrant that the content is not subject to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protections. I hereby grant to Michigan Liberation Action Fund, its subsidiaries, licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns, the right to use, publish, and reproduce, for all purposes, the content of my submission in any and all media, including, without limitation, cable and broadcast television and the Internet. This permission extends to all languages, media formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This permission shall continue forever unless I expressly revoke this permission in writing. I further grant Michigan Liberation Action Fund all ownership rights, title, and interests that I may have in the content of my submission. I further grant Michigan Liberation Action Fund the right to give, sell, transfer, and exhibit that content in copies or facsimiles thereof, for all purposes as it deems fit. I acknowledge that my participation in MI Jingle for Justice is voluntary. I waive the right to receive any compensation or royalties for Michigan Liberation Action Fund’s use of my submission for any of the purposes authorized by this release. I also waive any right to inspect or approve finished photographs, audio, video, multimedia, or advertising recordings and copy or printed matter or computer generated scanned image and other electronic media that may be used in conjunction therewith or to approve the eventual use to which it might be applied. I hereby release and hold harmless Michigan Liberation Action Fund, its subsidiaries, licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality and right of publicity I may have regarding my submission. I hereby release, hold harmless, and forever discharge Michigan Liberation Action Fund, its subsidiaries, licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on the behalf of my estate may have by reason of this release. I am at least 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing, and I fully understand the contents and meaning of this release before signing. This release is intended to be as inclusive as the laws of Michigan permit and shall be governed by the laws of Michigan. I agree that if a clause or provision of this release is found by a court to be invalid, that finding shall not invalidate any other clause or provision of this release, which shall continue to be enforceable.
